Who runs it
BattleGroup is built and maintained by Twill, an active Broken Arrow player competing at roughly a 2000+ ranked rating. The site grew out of real games: tracking what wins, which units carry, and how decks actually perform — not theory-crafting.
Where the data comes from
The meta, tier lists and unit stats are computed from live ranked-match data, refreshed automatically every 12 hours, and re-synced after each game patch. Patch notes are pulled directly from Steam. Nothing here is hand-waved — every ranking traces back to match results.
Why trust the meta
Because it's measured, not opinion: win rates by ELO bracket, real pick rates, and deck compositions you can download and verify in the game yourself. When the game changes, the numbers change with it.
